Sāmatvārtha Sessions · The Missing Curriculum

A 90-minute bootcamp on contemporary sensemaking, with an Indic synthesis

The polycrisis — climate breakdown, attention collapse, inequality, institutional decay, AI risk — is not a list of separate problems. It is the predicted output of an obsolete operating system most of us were never told we were running. The Western critical canon has spent 150 years naming this in fragments. The Indic frame held the same diagnosis as a single unified architecture much earlier — but the colonial-academic transmission pattern flattened it into "culture" and stripped its operational content.

This session is the bridge.

What you walk out with

Who it's for

Students looking for the curriculum they were not given. Faculty looking for the cross-disciplinary slot they have been quietly wanting. Curriculum decision-makers looking to add a contemporary sensemaking module without a course rewrite. Founders, policy people, designers, and stewards looking for a framework that names why well-intentioned work keeps producing unintended consequences — and what to design differently.

Formats

Delivered in English. Sanskrit terms introduced and translated as we go. No prior reading required.

To host one

Write in at hello@2014p.com. No fee for accredited educational institutions; travel and a token honorarium, if your institution covers them, are sufficient. We also adapt the artefact for self-paced web, recorded video, residential modules, or guided book-club formats if the institutional context calls for it.
