A coalition for the
regenerative economy
Bharat was always
meant to build.

2014P_ is the venture studio stewarding Sāmatvārtha — an operating frame at the intersection of complexity science and Indic philosophy. We build and federate regenerative MSMEs across capital, land, labour, content, and the commons.

An Indic answer to Doughnut Economics — from policy proposals into specific ventures and value chains. Think India Stack × Cosmos Interchain × Network State, on rails that compound rather than extract.

§ I — Orientation

The polycrisis is not
a list of problems.
It is one upstream pathology.

Climate breakdown. Institutional decay. Concentrated capital alongside dispossessed labour. Attention economies degrading the substrate they extract from. These are not separate problems — they are the same coordination failure showing up across different substrates. Every system we live inside is the artifact of an org chart that no longer exists, running on assumptions nobody is around to defend, with patches stacked on patches.

AI is the first tool fast enough to read the whole grid at once and report what is actually circulating versus what is just running on momentum. Whether the audit lands on an extractive substrate or a regenerative one is the only question worth working on — and it sits underneath every other question being discussed.

The pattern behind this section is Conway's Game of Life — three rules, a grid, persistence. Once a glider is moving, it does not stop. We treat the same dynamic, scaled to institutions, as the actual diagnosis.

Four levers.
One substrate.

2014P_ works four levers in parallel — each one a different way of shifting the same underlying ground. Public goods where they matter. Profitable ventures where they pay for the public goods. Federation, not consolidation, as the default scaling pattern.

Business
New venture models — regenerative archetypes built end-to-end, then federated as open playbooks across MSMEs.
Technology
AI and digital public infrastructure — open, composable, interoperable substrates for the commons.
Content
Narrative and memetics — vocabulary, frames, and field notes that make regeneration legible and desirable.
Compliance
Policy and governance — first-principles policy architecture for what the audit is about to demand.

Adventures
in motion.

Each Adventure works one primitive end-to-end, then federates as an open playbook. The lines below are stubs — specifics are evolving faster than the page should commit to.

§ II — The Architecture

Built on Sāmatvārtha.

The studio runs on an architecture older than the questions it answers. Sāmatvārtha — prosperity sought in rhythm — is the working frame for accounting what modern accounting cannot see: obligations to the earth, to fellow humans, to lineage, to knowledge, and to governance.

It is the substrate underneath the work, named explicitly so the work can be inspected. The full architecture is being written up as a standalone document — for readers, builders, and operators who want the map and not just the territory.

Talk to
the studio.

Start with a short note — what you're working on, where you think the substrate is moving, what you'd want to read or build together. We'll be honest about whether there's a fit, and if there isn't we'll point you somewhere useful.
