A coalition for
reimagining growth
built from Bharat.

2014P_ is a venture studio stewarding Sāmatvārtha — a regenerative economy at the intersection of complexity science and Indic philosophy. We don't just write the thesis; we build and federate the ventures — across capital, land, labour, food, content, and the commons.

An Indic answer to Doughnut Economics, carried from idea into real value chains, on rails that compound rather than extract. Think India Stack × Interchain × Network State.

The primer.

A 15-minute walk through the premise — the polycrisis as symptom, Conway Debt as diagnosis, Sāmatvārtha as the architecture being built in response. Watch this if you'd rather hear it than read it.

§ I — Orientation

The polycrisis is not
a list of problems.
It is one upstream pathology.

Climate breakdown. Institutional decay. Concentrated capital alongside dispossessed labour. Attention economies degrading the substrate they extract from. These are not separate problems — they are the same coordination failure showing up across different substrates. Every system we live inside is the artifact of an org chart that no longer exists, running on assumptions nobody is around to defend, with patches stacked on patches.

AI is the first tool fast enough to read the whole grid at once and report what is actually circulating versus what is just running on momentum. Whether the audit lands on an extractive substrate or a regenerative one is the substrate question worth working on — and it sits underneath every other question being discussed.

Behind this section runs Conway's Game of Life — a few local rules on a grid, and patterns that persist and spread whether or not anyone meant them to. Institutions are the same game at a higher dimension: each of us plays local incentives, and the order that emerges is nobody's decision and everybody's inheritance. Change the rules underneath, and everything downstream changes — that is the leverage we work on.

Adventures
in motion.

Each is a venture from the Venture Lab — one slice of the real economy, built end-to-end, then opened as a playbook others run in their own regions. They federate through the Sāmatvārtha Interchain rather than consolidate. Living sketches: the specifics move faster than a webpage should promise.

§ II — The Codex

A working library, growing into a book.

A living set of atomic essays — the Indic civilisational architecture met against the sharpest Western diagnoses of why coordination keeps failing (Conway Debt, Moloch, Goodhart, enframing, surveillance capitalism, enshittification, the doughnut, the commons) — being assembled chapter by chapter toward the Sāmatvārtha Sūtras. Read in any order.

Not Degrowth. Not austerity.
Not unicorns. Not the Valley.
A federated forest
of self-enterprising,
regenerative franchises.

§ III — Work with us

Put us to work. Or build alongside.

The same competence we use to build our own ventures is for hire — and for those without a budget, there are other ways in. No broad raise, no membership tiers; conversation-led, and we say no often.

Talk to the studio.

Start with a short note — what you're working on, where you think things are moving, what you'd want to read or build together. If there's a fit, we'll say so; if not, we'll point you somewhere useful.
